LightCycler® 1536 DNA Probes Masterは、LightCycler® 480インスツルメント、及びLightCycler® 1536インスツルメントを用いた加水分解プローブ（例：リアルタイムPCR用 Universal ProbeLibrary（UPL）プローブ）の検出用に開発されたready-to-useの試薬キットで、反応容量を簡単にアップまたはダウンスケールできます（例：96ウェルプレート：10～100 μL、384ウェルプレート：5～20 μL、1536ウェルプレート：0.5～2 μL）。
LightCycler® 1536 DNA Probes Masterは、自動ハイスループットPCRワークフローに最適化されており、小容量の溶液調製や長時間の溶液処理の際の室温安定性で、優れた性能を発揮します。
LightCycler® 1536 DNA Probes Masterを使用すれば、マスターミックスの適切なピペッティングの検証（Master Control）と、核酸サンプル、プライマー、プローブなどの選択可能なコンポーネントについての適切なピペッティングの検証（Setup Control）を行うことができ、ユニークなPCRセットアップのサーベイランスが可能です。
この先進的なコントロール機能は、LightCycler® 1536システムで使用したときのみ、自動的にデータ評価に使用することが出来ます。
